2026 Conflict of Interest/Commitment Disclosure Available

The Conflict of Interest Disclosure, required by all employees annually, is now available on the Talent Management System (TMS). This disclosure is essential for maintaining transparency, ethical standards, and compliance within our organization.

Filling out the form should take less than a minute. To complete it, visit the Talent Management System in MyISU and look under action items.  Please complete the form by January 30. 

ISU Policy 1130 will help you identify potential conflicts and understand best practices for managing them effectively. Upon completion, please notify your supervisor for verification.
