Nursing Faculty Named NurseTRUST Fellow

Janet Terry DNP, MSN, RN, clinical assistant professor in the School of Nursing was named as a 2024 Fellow of the NurseTRUST. The NurseTRUST is a program of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation dedicated to the development of nursing and emerging nurse leaders.

The fellowship program is currently focused on emerging leaders, early career, high potential nurse leaders moving into a first-time leader role or transitioning into leadership in a new context or setting. The eight-month program will focus on six essential leadership competencies: self- awareness, learning agility, communication, political savvy, influencing outcomes, and motivating others.
