CEC Town Hall Set June 13

The Idaho State Legislature is responsible for the distribution of public funds and Change in Employee Compensation (CEC) increases, in coordination with the Division of Financial Management (DFM) and Division of Human Resources (DHR). Idaho State University leadership has worked collaboratively to prepare and submit a plan for distributing available funds within the CEC guidelines provided by DFM and DHR, to best align with legislative intent for FY2025 annual employee increases.

ISU’s comprehensive FY2025 compensation plan is designed based on HR best practice, including consideration for market competitiveness and salary compression. Our FY2025 plan allocates appropriated and institutional funds consistent with direction from DHR and DFM, and inline with our ISU budget principles.
