Upcoming Counseling and Testing Service Activities

Maintaining your emotional and mental health is extremely important in the daily stresses of college, work, and social life. The Counseling and Testing Center offers a variety of services and activities that are available to all students. Check out these upcoming activities and, remember, you can always schedule an appointment for more personal or specific concerns.

Suicide Loss Support Group - Thursdays, 4-5 p.m. 

Losing a loved one to suicide can be a profoundly painful and isolating experience. This group offers an opportunity to engage in discussion designed to help participants gain greater understanding and support. Register here.

“Mental Health Matters” - Visit the CATS Table to Learn More

Did you know that your mental health affects your wellness overall? Counseling and Testing welcomes you to visit their “Mental Health Matters” table in the student union, pick up a few giveaways, and learn some tips for improving your mental health. 

Who Needs Sleep? Uh…We Do!  - National Sleep Awareness Event

Thursday, March 16

Pond Student Union Lobby - Pocatello Campus

Good sleep hygiene? Yes, it’s a thing! And it can be a key part of personal and academic success! March 12-18 is National Sleep Awareness Week, and Counseling and Testing Services folks are ready to talk you to sleep. Visit their table on March 16 to learn about good sleep practices and pick up a free sleep kit while you’re there.
