Legal Training: Conflict of Interest

As part of an ongoing series of legal trainings for the campus community, the Office of the General Counsel would like to invite all employees to a Conflict of Interest training session July 21 from 11 to 11:45 a.m. on Zoom.

During this session, participants will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to identify, understand, and manage potential conflicts of interest as required by university policy. The training will include the following topics:

• Understanding policy requirements
• Definitions and examples of actual and perceived conflicts
• Identifying potential conflicts in various workplace scenarios
• Disclosures and reporting procedures
• Consequences and implications of non-compliance
