Welcoming New Associate Dean of Students Felice Otero

October 17, 2022
Kelly Moor Savage

The Division of Student Affairs invites their campus partners and colleagues to join them in welcoming Felice Otero, our new Associate Dean of Students.

Her areas of responsibility will include coordinating services for Student Care and Assistance, Student Conduct, and Students of Concern, and overseeing the Bengal Newspaper. Felice came to ISU from United Way of Southeastern Idaho, where she directed all cradle-to-career educational educational outcome efforts.

Prior to that, Felice worked in the student services sector of higher education, developing her expertise in Admissions, financial aid, orientation, first year experience and housing and residential life at colleges and universities in Idaho, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. It was through this work that Felice found her passion for helping students transition through the college experience and gain their post-secondary credentials.

Felice holds a Bachelor’s degree from Carroll University and a Master’s degree from Boston College. In her spare time, she likes to travel, read, hike, garden, and spend time with her feisty miniature Schnauzer Pixie.
