Volunteers Needed for Winter Commencement

We are looking forward to Idaho State's 2022 Winter Commencement Ceremony at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 17, in Holt Arena. As always, the success of commencement will be dependent upon our dedicated team of volunteers. If you would like to be a part of this exciting day, please complete the Commencement Volunteer Sign Up form by Nov. 23.

If you wish to volunteer for this event, please coordinate with your supervisor prior to signing up. Classified staff will be compensated for time worked during commencement and must coordinate with their supervisors to determine whether this time will be managed as work hour adjustments, compensatory time, or paid overtime.
