Dana Gaudet Receives International Leadership Award

September 1, 2022

Each year, the Future Health Professionals organization known as HOSA, Inc. Board of Directors recognizes a person that has
demonstrated exemplary service to HOSA through partnership opportunities.

Dana Gaudet, assistant director of enrollment and student services at ISU-Meridian received the 2022 Leadership in Collaboration Award for unique and outstanding services provided.

Gaudet was nominated by her Idaho HOSA peers and selected by the HOSA, Inc. Board of Directors Awards Task Force for this honor.

Her nominators cited a few of her many contributions to the organization: Gaudet creates opportunities for Idaho HOSA members to learn and participate in all areas of Health Science, coordinates and hosts the annual “Health Science Experience Night” for high school students, engages HOSA members annually through chapter outreach and is available to speak to future health professionals, hosts competitive events in an academic university setting, and thanks to her knowledge, guidance, and tenacity, Idaho HOSA receives amazing opportunities from Idaho State University Meridian Health Science Center.

HOSA is proud to recognize the service provided and is honored to recognize your contributions at the International Leadership Conference in June in Nashville, Tennessee.

"We are grateful for your service and dedication to HOSA-a true testament to the mission of HOSA-Future Health Professionals," said Jim Koeninger, HOSA's executive director.
