"Talking about Teaching" Book Discussion Group Begins Feb. 25

February 1, 2021

The Program for Instructional Effectiveness (PIE) will be sponsoring Talking about Teaching, a faculty book discussion group, in spring 2021. This semester, we will discuss "Distracted: Why Students Can’t Focus and What You Can Do About It" by James M. Lang. We will meet over Zoom on three Thursdays: Feb. 25, March 18, and April 8 from 4:00-5:30 p.m. Participants will be provided a copy of the book.

To ensure rich and productive conversations, the group will be limited to 12 participants who will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact Margaret Johnson at johnmarg@isu.edu with any questions or to reserve your space and receive your copy of "Distracted."
