Student Wins Award in Poster Presentation

Sana Khajehpour, Ph.D candidate in the Department of Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Sciences, won second place for the poster she presented at the American Society for Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics Symposium April 27-30 entitled "Identifying and Validating Plasma Circulating Renin-Angiotensin System Components as Reliable Biomarkers of Rheumatoid Arthritis."

Poster co-authors include Dr Ali Aghazadeh-Habashi (Dept of Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Sciences), Dr Susan S Tavernier (School of Nursing) and Dr Craig Scoville (Scoville Arthiritis Clinic).
