Nominations Open for 62nd Idaho Business Leader of the Year Award

April 1, 2021

Alpha Kappa Psi’s Idaho State Chapter is accepting nominations for the 62nd annual Idaho Business Leader of the Year event

The Idaho Business Leader of the Year nominee should be an influential leader who has demonstrated the organization's core values which are: brotherhood, integrity, service, unity, and knowledge. The demonstration of these core values is especially important considering the hardships that many local Idahoans and businesses have experienced over the course of the pandemic.

Alpha Kappa Psi’s Idaho Business Leader of the Year event has been a long-standing tradition at Idaho State University, and this award has been earned by many famous Idahoans such as Frank Vandersloot and J.R. Simplot. The event will be held on September 16, 2021.

“Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we were unable to hold the 2020 IBLOY event as planned, but we are very optimistic that the 62nd IBLOY event will be the premier business event for the state of Idaho,” Chapter President Robert Pinkham said.

To nominate a business leader, please fill out the Chapter's nomination form.

Alpha Kappa Psi, also known as AKPsi, is the largest professional, co-ed collegiate business organization in the world. The organization was founded in 1904 with the intention of preparing its members to be principled business leaders and allowing them the opportunities to establish business connections nationwide.
