Idaho State Department of Nuclear Engineering Receives Grant for Fellowships

The Idaho State University Department of Nuclear Engineering received $398,050 to fund the ISU Nuclear Education Fellowship Program.
The money will be used to provide financial support and professional development opportunities to graduate students in the nuclear engineering and health physics programs.
Idaho State is requesting to use the funds for two, single-year graduate fellowships given over the 4-year award period. The awards are designed to go to masters and/or doctoral degree students.
Professional development opportunities may include technical hours, participation in professional technical conferences and publication in technical, peer reviewed journals.
