Policy Update

Policies with proposed changes are sent out periodically in ISU Today for faculty and staff comment. 

Approved Policy Revisions:

• 3100 Equal Opportunity, Harassment and Non-discrimination 

Emergency Change:  Changes to ISUPP 3100 have recently become necessary due to new court interpretations of Title IX laws. These changes broaden what evidence is admissible in Title IX hearings. It is widely believed that these changes enhance victim rights. ISUPP 3100 went through an emergency change process to immediately bring it in alignment with new court interpretations.  A full policy change process will take place in coming months as required by ISUPP 1010.
