Nutrition Study Participants Needed

The Department of Nutrition and Dietetics seeks volunteers for a study of grape consumption and health.
The study schedule requires 1 on-campus appointment involving consumption of a small meal and collection of urine for the subsequent 6 hours. The appointment lasts about 1.5 hours and volunteers are compensated for their participation.
Volunteer criteria:
- Age 20-50 years
- Body Mass Index of >25
- Non-smoker
