Lauralee Zimmerly Receives Lifetime Achievement in Dance Award

Dr. Lauralee Zimmerly, a faculty member in the Department of Theatre & Dance at ISU was awarded the Lifetime Achievement in Dance by the Idaho Dance Education Organization - IDEO. The annual conference entitled "A Life in Dance: Lessons in Creativity, Possibility, & Community was held at Boise State University in October. Dr. Zimmerly was awarded for her lifelong contributions to the world of dance education in Idaho and beyond! IDEO is a state affiliate to the National Dance Education Organization and is dedicated to the art form of dance as an essential educational component of life-long learning.
