Students Recognized at State Leadership Conference

Four students in the Idaho State University chapter of HOSA - Future Health Professionals worked hard to take first and second place in several categories at the Virtual HOSA State Leadership Conference.

Jack Sherlock and William Miller received first place in the team competitive event of Forensic Science. Sherlock is a Political Science major minoring in Pre-Law, and Miller is a Medical Laboratory Science major minoring in Pre-Med.

Tyler Vickers received first place in the competitive event of Medical Terminology. She is majoring in Medical Laboratory Science.

Madysen Davis took second place in the competitive event of Medical Terminology. Davis is majoring in Biomedical Sciences.

The ISU chapter of HOSA - Future Health Professionals is currently in its second year, which makes these student achievements all the more impressive. Sherlock is president, Miller is vice-president, Nicole Bouvet is the secretary and Davis is the treasurer.
