The Idaho Division of Vocational Rehabilitation is proposing a mural be completed celebrating our Century of Service since the program first began in Idaho in 1920.

Our Vision: An Idaho where all individuals with disabilities have the opportunity to participate in the workforce and employer value their contributions.

Our Mission: To prepare individuals with disabilities for employment and career opportunities while meeting the needs of the employers.

We are requesting interested parties to send in concept and bids for a mural to be completed in the Capital Mall tunnels in downtown Boise, Idaho.

The paint must be water based only. All paint and equipment must be stored when not in use and the floor must be protected while painting is in process.

The work becomes state property when completed.
