A message from the Sagebrush Steppe

December 7, 2020

Have you ever wondered about the myriad of recreational activities available within the City of Pocatello? Do you have a vested interest in natural and outdoor environmentally friendly activities for ease of mind and relaxation?

Did you answer YES to any of the questions above? Then look no further – the Portneuf River Vision Project is on the move!

Sagebrush Steppe Land Trust, the City of Pocatello, and some fellow Bengals have merged a partnership to provide you with essential information about an exciting opportunity developing in the City of Pocatello. This project will provide tremendous benefits to the ISU community and Pocatello as a whole. From the restoration of the Portneuf River corridor to revitalize environmental, recreational, and economic opportunities to increasing the value of community pride, connectivity, and quality of life – no doubt it will complement your academic and social journey as a student, faculty or staff member at ISU.
