Scholars at ISU publish journal article on care coordination among U.S. children

A diverse group of scholars at ISU, including Master of Public Health student Andrew Panatopolous, postdoctoral fellows  Rylon Hofacer and Jared Vineyard at ISU's Idaho Center for Health Research, and interdisciplinary faculty including Elaine Nguyen (Pharmacy), Jingjing Niu and Ryan Lindsay (Community and Public Health), and Rick Tivis (Idaho Center for Health Research) collaborated to publish a journal article on care coordination among children with complex medical health needs in the journal Global Pediatric Health.  Their study looked at of US children with special health needs and the types of care coordination received as well as individual, family, and household attributes that were associated with receiving care coordination from clinics.
