Office for Research will host luncheon for ISU faculty interested in learning about research opportunities at CAES

The ISU Office for Research will host a luncheon for all ISU faculty interested in learning about collaborative research opportunities with the Center for Advanced Energy Studies from noon to 1:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 1, in the Pond Student Union Middle Fork Room.

CAES posterThe Office of Research will rollout the Center for Advanced Energy Strategic Plan at the luncheon. CAES has a new Strategic Plan that involves research, education and innovation in seven energy-related focus areas.  These focus areas will be introduced at the luncheon. CAES-sponsored activities in the coming year will be described. The Office of Research can answer questions about those opportunities.

Faculty and researchers are encouarged to come learn about CAES research opportunities.  

About CAES

The Center for Advanced Energy Studies is a consortium that inspires innovation and impact by leveraging its collective capabilities to empower students, researchers, faculty, and industry to accelerate energy solutions. Participants include scientists at the Idaho National Laboratory and faculty from Boise State University, Idaho State University, University of Idaho, and University of Wyoming.
