ISU Gender Resource Center to sponsor talk, panel ‘Transgender 101’ on Nov. 20

POCATELLO – The Idaho State University Gender Resource Center is sponsoring the presentation “Transgender 101: A Guide to Gender and Identity” presented by Jodi Dunn from 4 to 5 p.m. Nov. 20 in the Rendezvous Complex Suites A and B.

There will be a panel of community members sharing their experiences and that of friends and loved ones in the transgender community. This event will be helpful for faculty, staff and students to assist in making classrooms and campus a welcoming place for all students.

Dunn graduated from Idaho State University with his master’s degree in 2017.  He is an inspirational speaker and served in the United States army. He will cover information on gender and identity.
