Idaho State University 2017 Africa Night set Jan. 28 at Stephens Performing Arts Center

POCATELLO – The Idaho State University Africa Student Association will present its annual Africa Night Jan. 28 at the L.E. and Thelma E. Stephens Performing Arts Center.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and dinner starts at 6 p.m.

The night will include traditional African foods, dance presentations, a skit, a fashion show, a flag show, and singing.

Africa Night is one of the largest annual cultural events in Pocatello, often attracting more than 600 attendees.

To purchase tickets, visit the Pond Student Union or the Rendezvous Building between 10 am and 4 pm Monday through Friday.

Ticket prices purchased in advance are $7 for students, $8 for faculty and staff, and $9 for the public. All tickets purchased at the door are $10. Admission for children five and under is free.
