I’m So There: ISU-Meridian will host April 21 reception for new fall students

Treasure Valley high school students admitted to Idaho State University for the fall semester and their parents will learn tips on how to make the first year of college a success at Bengal Declaration, Tuesday, April 21, 6 p.m., at the ISU-Meridian Health Science Center, 1311 E. Central Drive.

Current ISU students and their parents will share experiences and tips on how to successfully handle the demands of college life. New students will have the opportunity to meet future Bengals from the Treasure Valley and visit with representatives from ISU colleges and departments.

ISU-Meridian will also provide a training session for students who would like help registering for classes. That session begins at 4 p.m., April 21.

“This meet and greet event will give new students a chance to get to know each other before joining our Bengal family. We also look forward to meeting new students and celebrating their accomplishments,” said ISU admissions adviser Dana Gaudet.
