Special attention was paid to the academic strength of the schools, along with their ability to retain and graduate their students, according to College Choice.

“The School of Nursing at ISU prepares exemplary nurse leaders who integrate education, service and research to enhance the quality of life for diverse and rural populations,” wrote College Choice editors.

The ISU program is the only Idaho program to make the list. Others are University of Kansas, Saint Xavier University and University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
