Idaho State University Student Activities Board homecoming festivities set Oct. 12-17

POCATELLO — The Idaho State University Student Activities Board has a variety of homecoming activities planned Oct. 12-17 on the theme “Let the Good Times Roar,” culminating with the football game versus the Eastern Washington Eagles at 2:35 p.m. on Oct. 17.

Student Activities Board homecoming events include:

• Monday, Oct. 12 – Chips and Dip in the Rendezvous Complex at noon. The traditional bonfire will be in the Holt Arena Parking Lot at 8 p.m.

• Tuesday, Oct. 13 – Spirit Log Hunt starting in the Student Involvement Center in the Pond Student Union at 12:30 p.m.

• Wednesday, Oct. 14 – A Tug-O-War game is scheduled on the ISU Hutchinson Quadrangle at noon and its rain site is the Pond Student Union Ballroom; the powder puff football game/cheerleading competition is at the Holt practice field at 2 p.m.

• Thursday, Oct. 15 – Foam party at the Campus Recreation climbing wall area of Reed Gymnasium at 2 p.m. and BINGO in the Pond Student Union Ballroom at 7 p.m.

• Friday, Oct. 16 – Royalty Pageant in the Pond Student Union Ballroom at 7 p.m., late-night breakfast at the Pond Student Union Quad Lounge at 10 p.m. and the Be a True Bengal on Red Hill at midnight.

• Saturday, Oct. 17 – Homecoming Parade at 9:30a.m.; tailgate party on the North Side on the Holt Arena noon to 2:30; kick off for the ISU-Eastern Washington football game is 2:35 p.m.
