Naomi Adams “I am delighted to be included in this annual exhibition that features contemporary approaches to the art quilting medium,” said Adams.

This is the 34th year of “Quilts=Art=Quilts” being an exhibit. The Schweinfurth Memorial Art Center focuses on quilting and fiber arts, as well as music, film, folk arts and more.

Adams was one of three artists from Idaho whose art was selected for this exhibit featuring 77 artists from throughout the world.

“I was excited to connect with two fiber artists in Idaho that were also included in this juried and judged exhibition in New York,” Adams said. “It is important for my role at ISU that I connect with other contemporary artists and exhibit my artwork in diverse venues.”

A quilt created by Adams.Kathleen Probst of Meridian and Lisa Flowers Ross of Boise are the two other artists from Idaho.
