The Idaho Museum of Natural History is looking for volunteers who love science and natural history to become docents.

Docents are trained to assist visitors on all aspects of Idaho’s natural history, including archaeology, paleontology and geology. Active docents enjoy the benefits of membership of the Museum, including free admission for them and their family, as well as discounts on Museum Store purchases.

Training will begin on Thursday, Sept. 24, from 1 to 4 pm.  Please call Rebecca Thorne-Ferrel at 282-2195 or email her at thorrebe@isu.edu.
