‘Walk and Roll for Inclusion’ celebration scheduled July 28

The “Walk and Roll for Inclusion” American Disability Act 18th anniversary celebration is scheduled from 1:30 to 5 p.m. Monday, July 28, in Pocatello.

The event will begin at 1:30 p.m. at LIFE, Inc., located at 640 N. Pershing. Participants will gather and then at 2 p.m. will “Walk and Roll” to Tydeman Park, where, at 3 p.m., a Mayor’s Proclamation will be given.

Following these activities there will be a free barbeque at Lower Ross Park beginning at 4 p.m.

ADA bus transportation from the Pocatello Regional Transit will be available from Tydeman to Lower Ross Park. At  5 p.m. “Kento” Awards will be presented and free raffle prizes will be handed out at the barbeque.

Those needing the bus service should call LIFE, Inc. or the ADA & Disabilities Resource Center at the numbers listed below to assure that there are sufficient buses available.
