Repertory Festival presents three plays at ISU through July 30

The Idaho State University Summer Theatre Repertory Festival will present Disney’s “High School Musical,” and two comedies “A Tuna Christmas” and “The Diaries of Adam and Eve” from July 16-30 on the Idaho State University campus.

All shows will begin at 7:30 p.m. and will run repertory style on alternate nights.

• “High School Musical” will be performed July 16, 19, 21, 24, 26 and 28 in the Beverly B. Bistline Thrust Theatre in the L.E. and Thelma E. Stephens Arts Center. The musical, adapted from the silver screen for the stage, will feature the Wildcats from East High who will perform Disney song favorites, “The Wildcat Cheer” and “We’re All in This Together.”

• “The Diaries of Adam and Eve” will be performed July 17, 22 and 29 the Bilyeu Theatre in Frazier Hall.

• “A Tuna Christmas” will be performed July 18, 23, 25 and 30 in the James E. and Beverly Rogers Black Box Theatre in the Stephens Center.

The main-stage pricing is $12 for adults;  $10 for seniors, faculty and staff; $7 for children; and $5 for ISU Students. There are group rate options available as well as $25 summer season tickets.  All main-stage productions will start at 7:30 pm.
