IMNH presents children’s classes for spring

Spring is peeking out just around the corner. The breeze still holds a chill, but the hills are beginning to show some green. The world is a beautiful and exciting place, and the Idaho Museum of Natural History is teaching a series of classes for children to be able to explore it.

IMNH children’s classes start March 20 and continuing throughout April for children ranging from preschool to sixth grade.

Participants can learn about bats, sound and hearing, dinosaurs, habitats, and the Bonneville Flood. They are encouraged to investigate new ideas and have fun with all things natural! Classes are held in the afternoons from 4 to 5:30 p.m. and cost $15 per child.

The Museum is located on the campus of Idaho State University at the intersection of 5th Avenue and Dillon Street in Building #12. The gallery is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
