Deadline for ‘Private Thoughts, Public Display’ exhibit is Jan. 4

The Janet C. Anderson Gender Resource Center at Idaho State University has announced the deadline for submitting proposals is Jan. 4 for an art display titled “Private Thoughts, Public Display: How women express themselves through body modification and apparel.”

Entries may include, but are not limited to, photographs, paintings, sculptures, prints and installations. All entries will be monitored for content and must be gallery-ready. All images should be in jpeg format and can be e-mailed to jcabodymod@gmail.com.

The opening reception for the art display will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Jan. 28 in the Transition Gallery located in the Pond Student Union Building and the Mind’s Eye Gallery in the Rendezvous Complex on the ISU Campus.

This exhibit will be part of the ASISU Program Board’s Last Monday Art Walk.
