Students to Unveil Idaho State University History Book at Dec. 5 Reception

December 1, 2016

Idaho State University students and associate management professor, Dr. Alex Bolinger, will host a reception Monday, Dec. 5, 6:30-8 p.m. at Juniper Hills Country Club, 6600 Bannock Highway, to celebrate completion of a book that highlights 115 years of history at ISU, much of it from a student perspective.

Students will discuss the book's content, the writing and research process and the book’s impact on the community.

The semester-long honors project was completed by eight graduate and undergraduate students from a variety of disciplines, including physics, music,  health care informatics and the Master of Business Administration program.

The book will be released by Arcadia Publishing next summer. Right now, it can be pre-ordered online at goo.gl/6GzA3D) with all royalties from book sales going to benefit student programs.

For more information, contact Dr. Alex Bolinger at boliale2@isu.edu or Kelsey West, marketing director, at (208) 282-6242.
