IT Service Desk Launches New Click-to-Chat Feature

Information Technology Services is excited to announce that Click to Chat is now available for those seeking assistance from the Service Desk.
This feature allows ISU students, faculty, and staff yet another way to reach out for help with technology issues. Click to Chat is constantly monitored during the Service Desk’s regular business hours: 8 am - 5 pm, M-F.
