August 27, 2018: Search consultants from Summit will hold in-person meetings with the search committee, key stakeholders, and the campus community to discuss the job description, candidate qualifications, recruitment strategies, and a timeline. The campus listening session will be broadcast to Idaho Falls, Meridian, and Twin Falls using distance learning. Additionally, the meeting will be streamed live on Idaho State’s YouTube channel at youtube.com/idahostateu. An online form is available to collect anonymous feedback about the job posting and candidate qualifications.
Campus Listening Session
September 7, 2018: The search officially opens, and the position is posted online. Candidates begin submitting application materials. Employment postings developed with input are published nationally. Applications will be collected for five weeks.
October 16, 2018: The application process closes, and the Search Committee will start reviewing applications.
November 2018: The Search Committee makes finalist recommendations, and campus visits are scheduled for final candidates.
November/December 2018: President Satterlee extends job offer to successful candidate.
