Vaccination Incentive Program

Vaccinated students are eligible to receive a voucher for $100

Vouchers can be redeemed at the Cashier's Office.

Administration Building, 3rd floor
8:30am - 4:30pm

The Cashier’s Office will swipe the student’s Bengal Card, causing a Vaccine Incentive Token to be removed from the student’s account.

The voucher will include the student’s name and Bengal ID along with an expiration date. On the back side of the voucher will be a W-9 that students will need to complete and turn into the Cashier’s Office.

Rules & Eligibility

The Idaho State University vaccine incentive program is open to registered students at Idaho State University with the exception of dual enrollment/early college students. Participation in the vaccination incentive program and sharing information required to redeem vouchers is voluntary and dependent upon receiving a vaccination at a vaccine clinic on the ISU campus or by presenting a COVID-19 vaccination card indicating full vaccination status to the Dean of Students Office.

Pursuant to state and federal laws, incentives of cash, gift cards, and drawing prizes may be taxable and incentive recipients are responsible for tax payments. Recipients must complete the appropriate tax documents to receive the incentive or drawing prize.

Prizes are not transferable. Participants who accept an incentive agree to allow their name, image, and/or their likeness to be used to publicly announce their prize status and for ongoing promotional purposes related to the vaccination incentive program.
