Spring Semester Events Canceled

Idaho State University continues to monitor the COVID-19 outbreak, and the safety and well-being of our entire campus community, including visitors, is our top priority. The University is strictly following guidelines issued by the Centers for Disease Control and state and local health officials. Due to these guidelines, UPC events have been canceled through the remainder of the Spring semester. Please contact UPC, if you have any questions or need additional information.
Please note that the University's leadership team is meeting regularly to monitor and discuss the ongoing situation, with our highest priority to keep our campus community safe and healthy.

Union Program Council

The Union Program Council (UPC) was introduced to the campus community in the fall of 2010. The Council was conceived to help promote events and services within the Pond Student Union and to provide volunteers and projects for both the campus and community. Our goals are to create an additional dimension in student involvement through diverse events and community service opportunities, to partner with the ISU community and promote student success. During its subsequent years, the UPC has worked to create a series of traditional events for the Pond Student Union. Trademark events include Late Night at the Union, Monday Night Football, the Tree Lighting Festival, Stress Busters, and ITVS Community Cinema.

I am from Caldwell, Idaho and have been living in Pocatello for 3 Years. I am 3rd year student and am majoring in Social work. One of my favorite things about the campus is that is the community it creates and is the a reason I joined UPC. I love being apart of the commmunity and being able to contribute to the community.
