Office of Field Experience
We administer student-teaching internships, placing interns with excellent cooperating teachers or university supervisors in Regions IV, V, and VI. Interns are placed with cooperating teachers who have at least three years of successful teaching experience.
The mission of the Office of Field Experience is to support student interns before and during their student internship experiences by providing the necessary information and guidance.

STEP 2: Submit documentation by the deadline
Submit transcripts, letter, etc to apply to student teaching in Taskstream.
STEP 3: Placement requests and confirmations
After the complete documentation packet has been submitted to Taskstream, the Office of Field Experience Coordinator works with districts to secure placements.
You will be notified of initiated and confirmed placements through Taskstream. To locate your placements, select the Teacher Education Field Placement link from the right side-bar of your Taskstream home screen.
