Jena Lords provides specialized administrative support for the CIO and Directors while ensuring smooth operations for Information Technology Services (ITS), Technology Support, and the Instructional Technology Resource Center (ITRC). She supervises student staff under federal work-study and handles personnel management, including hiring. Jena manages and tracks budgets, contracts, and purchasing. She completes annual NC-SARA annual institutional reporting and collaborates on OER program awards.

Lance Roe is the Collaboration Technology Systems (CTS) Administrator at Idaho State University. He provides technical leadership and consultations in system architecture, AV/IT solutions integration, and workflow optimization. He enjoys learning about new technology and leveraging solutions in the classroom, distance learning, and collaborative environments.
His education includes an M.Ed. in Instructional Technology and Design and a B.S. in Workplace Training and Leadership, with a Minor in Visual Communication Design, both from Idaho State University. He has also completed Zoom, Extron, Crestron, and DANTE certifications.
