Nyk Vail is the Director Of Technology Support for Idaho State University. His role provides oversight and strategic planning for technology on all ISU campuses.

She completes annual NC-SARA annual institutional reporting and collaborates on OER program awards.

Angela Burnham is the Classroom Technology Manager at Idaho State University. She oversees Distance Learning classrooms on the Pocatello campus and ensures the seamless operation of technology-enhanced learning spaces, supporting faculty and students in hybrid and remote education. Angela plays a key role in maintaining, upgrading, and optimizing classroom technology to enhance the university’s distance learning capabilities.

Danny Sullivan is the IT Manager at the ISU Meridian campus. He oversees IT infrastructure, classroom technology, and support services. Known for his leadership and problem-solving skills, Danny plays a key role in advancing ISU Meridian’s IT operations.

Kindra Blair is the Client Experience Manager at Idaho State University. She oversees the IT Service Desk and manages its staff. Kurtis Moser serves as the Technology Support Lead for Interactive Video Conferencing Classrooms (IVCC) at ISU Idaho Falls campus. In this role, he oversees both the distance learning classrooms as well as all other IT support related issues, ensuring seamless operation and support for remote education and ensures efficient technology support for faculty, staff, and students, focusing on service excellence and user satisfaction.

Lance Roe is the Collaboration Technology Systems (CTS) Administrator at Idaho State University. He provides technical leadership and consultations in system architecture, AV/IT solutions integration, and workflow optimization. He enjoys learning about new technology and leveraging solutions in the classroom, distance learning, and collaborative environments.

His education includes an M.Ed. in Instructional Technology and Design and a B.S. in Workplace Training and Leadership, with a Minor in Visual Communication Design, both from Idaho State University. He has also completed Zoom, Extron, Crestron, and DANTE certifications.
