The Student Emergency Fund provides emergency financial support to Idaho State University students who are unable to meet essential expenses due to temporary or unforeseen hardships. These funds are not intended for routine expenses and/or to replace existing financial aid. The primary goal of these funds is to help full-time students in crisis situations make progress towards degree completion.
- Priority is given to students whose tenure at Idaho State University may be at risk due to unexpected expenses.
- Idaho State University undergraduate or graduate students enrolled full-time (defined as 12 or more undergraduate credits or 9 or more graduate credits per semester) in any degree granting program.
- Student recipients must be enrolled for the semester in which funds are being requested.
- Student recipients shall have a minimum grade point average of 2.0 or evidence of recent satisfactory progress.
