Minestrone Soup

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef, cooked 1 onion, chopped ½ cup celery, diced 1 can (15oz) tomatoes, diced 2 (8oz) cans tomato sauce 4 cups water 4 tsp beef bouillon 1 cup sliced carrots |
1 can white beans, drained 1 can kidney beans, drained 1 can green beans, drained 1 TBS parsley ½ tsp basil 1 tsp oregano, crushed ½ tsp pepper ½ tsp garlic salt |
Directions
- Brown the beef, onion, and celery.
- Pile all of the ingredients into a slow cooker.
- Cook for 6 hours on low.
- Enjoy as soup or pour a scoop over cooked macaroni noodles and top with parmesan cheese.
To change it up a bit, add spicy sausage instead of hamburger, or add different vegetables.
