Undergraduate Research Opportunities
The Office for Research Outreach and Compliance sponsors research opportunities for undergraduate students through a variety of collaborations and events.
The application period for Undergraduate student research travel funds has closed. No more Applications for these funds are being accepted at this time.
These funds were made available through an ISU Office of Provost initiative and will be managed by the Office for Research Outreach and Compliance in the Office for Research effective immediately.

Undergraduate Research project funds - HERC awards - Application period has closed.
Idaho State Board of Education Higher Education Research Council (ISBOE HERC) and Idaho State University (ISU) Provost Office have provided funds for undergraduate research and mentoring projects for the 2019 fiscal year. These projects are student-faculty collaborations where both must complete the application.
Awards will be made on behalf of students, to their faculty mentors.
Undergraduate Research Symposium
Early in Spring term 2019 the call for proposals will post here as we prepare to host the Undergraduate Research Symposium. This event provides undergraduates with an event where they can display posters summarizing their research projects.
