Girls Who Code club for girls grades 6-8 who are interested in science and technology. Girls Who Code promotes and supports the increase of women in computer science by equipping young women with the necessary computer skills for 21st-century opportunities. These Clubs are free after-school programs for 6th through 8th-grade girls to join our sisterhood of supportive peers and role models using computer science to change the world. Our club already has young women proficient in the coding languages and work together to help each other and new members build different projects. We are promoting teamwork and the ability to support each other in the computer sciences.

All meetings will be via Google Classroom/Google Connect every other Wednesday, registration is required to join the meetings. Virginia Jones will send the invite after registration, if you have any questions please email jonevir2@isu.edu or (208) 282-2195.
