Dr. H. Gene Hoge, DMD
Dr. Hoge received his undergraduate and DED degrees from the University of Oregon. Upon completion of dental school, he joined the Army and earned the U.S. Commendation Medal. After his discharge, he began building a successful dental practice in Pocatello, Idaho. Now retired, he and his wife Sue Ann, recently relocated to Oregon.
Dr. Hoge is a member of the American Dental Association, the Idaho State Dental Association, the Southeast Idaho Dental Association, and the Eagle Rock Study Club. In Pocatello, Dr. Hoge worked to improve the Community through United Way and the Pocatello Rotary Club. In addition, Dr. Hoge served as District Governor for Rotary. At ISU, he served as president of the Bengal Foundation and as a member of the Department of Dental Hygiene Advisory Committee. The Hoges are generous supports of the ISU Bengal Foundation and the L.E. and Thelma E. Stephens Performing Art Center. In addition, the Hoges established an endowed scholarship in dental hygiene.
