Roger Gibson


Roger Gibson is the President of P4 Production and Site Manager for the Bayer elemental phosphorous facility in Soda Springs, Idaho. He holds a bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University and completed additional coursework at Mercer University. He began his career in engineering and mining related positions for Occidental Chemical and Engelhard Corporation. He later held positions, such as: Plant Manager, Director of Manufacturing, Director of Supply Chain, and Vice President of Engineering for Zep, Inc.; Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Ionic Water Technologies, Inc.; Regional Vice President of Operations for The Quikrete Companies; Consultant – manufacturing operations for Houghton International Inc.; and, Operations Director for H.B. Fuller Construction Products.

Gibson currently serves on the Board of Directors of IACI (Idaho Association of Commerce and Industry) and the United Way of Southeast Idaho.
