Step 1) Schedule Upcoming Exam
To ensure your alternative testing accommodations, you are responsible for scheduling your upcoming exam with us by the following scheduling deadlines.
- At least 48 business hours before the start of the upcoming quiz, standard exam, or midterm.
- At least five business days before the start of the upcoming final exam.
If you do not scheduled your test through a DS testing center by the deadlines mentioned above, then you will take the exam along with the rest of the class where none of your alternative testing accommodations have to be honored.

Written Steps
Step 1) Go to the Disability Services Portal.
Step 2) Sign in to the Services Portal using your username and password.
Step 3) On the portal dashboard, go to the My Accommodations section and click on the Alternative Testing option.
Step 4) Within the Alternative Testing Agreement(s) section, select the class you are scheduling an exam for by clicking on the drop-down box next to the Select Class.
Step 5) Click on the Schedule an Exam button.
Step 6) Review the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SCHEDULING EXAM section on your screen.
Step 7) Scroll down this page and Fill out the fields in the Exam Detail section.
Step 8) Click the Add Exam Request button at the bottom of the Exam Detail section.
Step 9) A green check mark will then appear at the top of the page to confirm that you have successfully submitted your exam request.
Step 10) Now that you have scheduled your test, please check your email account regularly for any updates about your exam request.
