Transition to Telehealth Services while ISU implements On-Line Learning Model

As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve in the State of Idaho, Counseling and Testing Service will be implementing telehealth to provide ongoing services to students where possible and appropriate for each student's unique needs. Our goal is to preserve services while protecting the safety and wellbeing of students and staff.

In order to allow students to safely remain at home as much as possible, we have shifted to a telephone triage system.

Students with currently scheduled appointments should call and work with their established counselor to arrange for services. Students interested in establishing mental health services are encouraged to call whichever counseling office they consider to be on their campus home:

  • Pocatello: (208) 282-2130
  • Idaho Falls: (208) 282-7750
  • Meridian: (208) 373-1921

All students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to visit Counseling and Testing Center's website to learn more about managing anxiety and stress during this difficult time.
