Festival of Trees Schedule

November 16 – 19 

Where to Buy Tickets:
  • General admission: in person at Stephens Performing Arts box office
  • Breakfast with Santa: in person at Stephens Performing Arts box office
  • Children's Royal Tea: in person at Stephens Performing Arts box office
  • Grand Holiday Gala: in person at Stephens Performing Arts box office or via phone (208-282-3595)
Wednesday, November 16 
  • Grand Holiday Gala (includes dinner, performance, and silent auction) from 6:00 – 9:00 pm. Tickets or Sponsorship is required and tickets can be purchased via phone or in person
  • Collaborative performance by the Palace Theater and Comedy Project Players and violin performance by Mykala Stockett

 

Thursday, November 17 
  • General Admission from noon until 8 pm, which includes music in the mezzanine,
    Stories under the Christmas tree, Photos with Santa, and Aisle of the Nativities
  • Senior Day (Seniors that are 65 and older will be admitted free)
  • Performance by the Irving Middle School Choir, featuring about 100 middle school singers and conducted by Janet Turley at 6 pm 
  • Performance by the ISU Chamber Choir conducted by Dr. Scott Anderson at 7 pm

 

Friday, November 18
  • General Admission from noon until 8 pm, which includes music in the mezzanine,
    Stories under the Christmas tree, Photos with Santa, and Aisle of the Nativities
  • Two Children’s Royal Tea Parties will be held at 4 pm and 7 pm in the Stephens Performing Arts Center Rotunda. Tickets are required and can be purchased in person at the Box Office
  • Performance by the Pillars Quintet. A brass quintet featuring: Enid McMahon, John Siler, Kaylee Jones, Gabe Spears, and Chelsea Romney at 6:30 pm
  • Performance by TUBACHRISTMAS at 8 pm

 

Saturday, November 19
  • All general admission events will end at 8 pm this day
  • General Admission and Educator Appreciation Open House and Raffle and
    will include music in the mezzanine, Stories under the Christmas tree, Photos with Santa, and Aisle of the Nativities
  • Breakfast with Santa starts at 9 am in the Rotunda. Tickets are required and can be purchased in person at the Box Office.
  • Performance by the Dear Little Valley Singers, a choir from Inkom featuring about 50 children between the ages of 7 and 12 and conducted by Ashleigh Belnap and accompanied by Dale Belnap at 12 pm
  • Performance by Snake River New Horizon’s Band at 1 pm
  • A Swingin’ Little Christmas by award-winning artist Suzy Boggus starts at 7 pm in the Jensen Hall. Sponsorships include tickets.
