My research focuses on providing introductory biology lab teaching assistants (TAs) with supports to enact the lab curriculum, seeing how TAs engage with those supports, and how that can relate to their enactment of the lab design.

Before attending graduate school, I obtained my bachelor's degree in microbiology here at ISU. Currently I am a masters student working with Dr. Anna Grinath in the biology education research lab. In my free time I enjoy hiking, camping, crafting, and traveling.
