Upcoming Presentation by Dr. Joseph Cornell

Dr. Cornell will be hosting a Zoom webinar meeting tomorrow at 2 pm MDT on insect galls for the IMNH. The presentation will include a short PowerPoint presentation on insects and arachnids Dr. Cornell has been collecting. The webinar will be recorded and the video will be available here soon after.

Free Virtual Workshop

Register For Workshop

Apply for your kids to engage in the first workshop of the series, "Fish From Head to Fin". This workshop will feature the life cycle of trout, anatomy (parts of the fish), and include a comparison between fish and humans. Students will dive deep into the "insides" of fish by watching live fish dissections. We are planning to begin these sessions during mid-May (maybe a little earlier).

  • Parents, please register on your child's behalf
  • Please register separately for EACH child. If you have three children, please register three times.
  • You will need to have stable internet connection.
  • Yes, this is session is completely FREE!
  • Please make available some drawing/ writing material.
  • The workshop will take 1.5-2 h to complete.

I will be open to catering workshops/ science presentations to your needs - especially if you might have larger groups or special groups of adults who might need science engagement. Endless possibilities!
