Faculty Success- How to Create Your Faculty Evaluation Form

Faculty Success Overview

  1. You do not need to fill in every field on each screen, only those that are relevant to your own faculty responsibilities and activities. Any screen, you enter data on, that has a date field, or several date fields, must have a date entered in at least one of those fields.

  2. Be sure to save any changes you make.

  3. There is a resource available at the top of the “Manage Data” webpage, towards the top of the screen. This resource will help you learn how to use Faculty Success.

  4. Scheduled Teaching – Institutional Research uploads this data from Banner.

    a. DO NOT add any course information to Scheduled Teaching for fall and spring semesters prior to the 10th Day data for those semesters being uploaded by Institutional Research.
Banner data for the summer semester is uploaded with the fall semester 10th Day data. DO NOT add any course information for the summer semester until after the subsequent fall semester data has been uploaded.
If you enter course information before Institutional Research uploads the Banner data for that semester, your data will be overwritten.
To help ensure accurate course information data is entered into Banner, please work with your department scheduler to check that you are correctly assigned to courses you are teaching.
    b. After the Scheduled Teaching data has been uploaded from Banner for a term, you can make changes to this data.
    c. If you have questions about Faculty Success click on the “?” in the top right of the Faculty Success screen or email Vince Miller at millvinc@isu.edu
